The National Assembly of Nigeria Opts for Oréll eShelf

It is wonderful to announce that Oréll Software Solutions has achieved an excellent business deal from the African continent again.

In August 2012, Oréll has won an order from the National Assembly, Nigeria to implement eShelf, a digital library software that helps to automate various library functions of an organization.

Oréll bagged the order for eShelf through our dealer at Nigeria, Stable Technology. After a series of selection process, Okunade Ojengbede and Kayode Ramos, the key persons of the Stable Technology, suggested eShelf from Oréll Software Solutions for the library automation at the National Assembly. The online version of eShelf was preferred by them for saving all the necessary documents digitally.

The National Assembly is Nigeria’s highest elective law-making body and bicameral legislature of the country, which includes 109- member Senate and 360- member House of Representatives. The National Institute of Legislative Studies (NILS) is a chief organ of the National Assembly, which was established with a vision to provide quality academic and professional research, training, policy analysis, documentation and advocacy on legislative practice and procedures.

Once Oréll eShelf is installed at the National Assembly of Nigeria, they will be able to handle the official documents and files of the legislature in an effortless manner.  Equipped with 24/7 customer-support, eShelf is a fully customizable digital library that offers unlimited storage capacity to keep variety of contents including articles, books, audio/video etc. The major advantage regarding Oréll eShelf is that authority of the organization can download, update, and retrieve these contents anytime, with just a few mouse clicks.
